At the November CCARC meeting it was decided to hold the first Clearfield County Amateur Radio Club Spring Banquet.  CCARC member Mike WB3EQW followed up with the Clearfield VFW to make arrangements for a club dinner/banquet.  As a result, the first CCARC Spring Banquet will be held on Friday May 9th at 6 PM.  The location will be the Clearfield VFW, 1145 Industrial Park Rd, Clearfield, PA 16830.

Mike reports that we will have the private dining room in the back and there is no additional charge for this room.  He also told me that we can either order off the menu, or circulate a menu in advance of the banquet so people could make their dinner selections in advance – speeding up the time from when the order is placed to when it’s ready to eat.  We’ll likely discuss this at the December 19th CCARC meeting.
