On Thursday July 7 th another work session was held at the Clearfield County EMA building. We made progress and now have operational 2m/70cm/6m capabilities from inside the EMA center. So if you heard the W3CPA call sign on the air you now know where that was originating from. A couple of issues prevented us from getting the HF equipment into an operational state. But we are working on that and expect to have those issues addressed and resolved soon.
